The oil extracted from flax seeds has been known since ancient Greece as an important source of fundamental nutritional elements. In particular, it is rich in Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids, which, thanks to alpha linolenic acid, contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Take 2g per day for an ideal effect (equal to 4g of linseed oil)
Its beneficial properties must be preserved by keeping the dark bottles well protected from light and heat.
Ideal for adding raw to delicate dishes such as salads and white meats. For a richer breakfast and to take advantage of its properties as a supplement, you can add 1-2 teaspoons to muesli and yoghurt.
