Coricelli and GialloZafferano together for 2026

A partnership dedicated to inspiring quality Italian cuisine, every day.

Coricelli, an Italian olive oil brand with over 80 years of history and an established international presence, and GialloZafferano, Italy’s leading food media brand and a point of reference for millions of cooking enthusiasts, announce a strategic partnership that will unfold throughout 2026.

The agreement stems from a shared vision: to enhance everyday eating through quality ingredients capable of inspiring those who cook every day with care and passion. It is a natural meeting between Coricelli’s experience in the world of oils and the editorial authority of GialloZafferano, long recognised for its ability to communicate cuisine in a clear, practical and contemporary way.

Throughout 2026, the partnership will take shape through a broad ecosystem of editorial and digital content. A dedicated hub is planned within the GialloZafferano website, developed with the support of Gruppo Mediaset’s new Sales Marketing & Integrated Media Solutions unit, which will host recipes and video recipes created in collaboration with Coricelli. The content will also be published and amplified on GialloZafferano’s social channels, with the aim of engaging a large community of cooking enthusiasts.

The project will involve a wide selection of references from the Coricelli world, representing the variety and versatility of its offer. These range from Coricelli’s premium proposals, including 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil with supply-chain traceability and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil signed by farmers, to Coricelli Blockchain Classic extra virgin olive oil, and products that respond to contemporary needs and consumption habits such as avocado oil. It will also include variants dedicated to specific uses in the kitchen, such as sunflower seed oil and Friggiamo oil. To maximise the visibility of the partnership, a GialloZafferano-branded promotional neck tag is planned during the year on the Classic extra virgin olive oil reference.

Alongside the editorial activities, further initiatives and opportunities to meet the public are planned during the year. Scheduled activities include experiential formats such as cooking shows and special initiatives to be organised during the TUTTOFOOD fair, which will take place in Milan in May.

With this partnership, Coricelli and GialloZafferano confirm their shared commitment to promoting quality cooking and eating, combining selected ingredients and authoritative content to inspire and accompany everyday choices.
