For the filling:
Burrata stracciatella
200g
Sliced turkey breast

Pietro Coricelli extra-virgin olive oil of traced quality

Rocket, radishes, salt, pepper

Preparation
A few ingredients, plenty of satisfaction
Add the flour, Greek yoghurt, baking powder, squid ink and Pietro Coricelli olive oil to a mixing bowl.
Get your hands in the dough
Knead the mixture until you have a soft, smooth dough.
Shape the bagels
Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape them into bagels. Brush with a little olive oil and sprinkle the seeds over the top.
Bake until golden
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until golden.
Ready to fill
Leave to cool slightly, then fill with your favourite ingredients.
