Chestnut and
leek soup
Autumn recipe, the cream of leeks and chestnuts, very easy to prepare and fast.

225 ml milk
150 g flour 00
1 sachet of baking powder
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 egg
half a teaspoon of salt
coconut oil
Red fruits
chopped almonds
In a bowl, sift the flour along with the baking powder. We combine the sugar and salt. Place the powders in a fountain and pour the milk with the egg and coconut oil (2 tablespoons) in the center. We mix with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
We grease a pan with oil and heat it well. We strain the mixture with a ladle, without spreading it. We turn the pancake when bubbles form on the surface. We let it brown on both sides.
