A unique and tasty dish, fried artichokes. Below are ingredients and procedure.


4 artichokes
2 eggs
1 lemon
fry oil


We deprive the artichokes of the external and harder leaves. We cut off part of the stems and peel them. We dip in water and lemon.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. In another bowl we put the flour. We rinse the artichokes and cut them into thin slices lengthwise. We dry with a cloth.
We pass the artichokes in the flour, then in the beaten egg and fry them in boiling oil. They must be golden brown. Let drain on absorbent paper and salt before serving.
