Chestnut and
leek soup

COOKIES
2 yolks
100 g brown sugar
120 ml of extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons of cinnamon
280 g flour 00
chocolate chips
MASK
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice
1 jar of natural yogurt
In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the brown sugar and extra virgin olive oil. Next, we combine the flour and cinnamon. Obtained a smooth and compact mixture, incorporate the chocolate chips and knead again, for a while, just long enough to evenly distribute the drops.
We wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out the dough that is not too thin (about half a cm) and make the biscuits with the chosen molds. We bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
For the moisturizing mask, on the other hand: lightly heat the honey and add the oil. We mix the mixture with yogurt and lemon juice. We apply to the face for 5 minutes, then wash the skin with water.
