An oil that is nutritionally rich in unsaturated fats, thanks to the blend of sunflower oil and high oleic sunflower oil, which thanks to a slower oxidation than sunflower oils alone, allows better use in the kitchen. The replacement of saturated fat with unsaturated fat in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood.
FRYING OIL
Ingredients: high oleic sunflower oil, sunflower oil.
Directions for use: fry in abundant oil at a temperature between 170 ° and 180 °.
Do not add salt during frying. Filter the oil before any reuse.
FriggiAmo has an optimal resistance for use in frying as evidenced by the smoke temperature of about 230 ° C. Maintains its nutritional characteristics after use, thanks to the composition of fatty acids, being mainly composed of oleic acid
FriggiAmo was also subjected to a Tasting Test carried out at the sensorial analysis laboratory of the DeFENS of the University of Milan www.analisisensoriale.unimi.it.
The evaluation was attended by 47 regulars who tasted FriggiAmo and at the same time a standard frying product.
